1. The service

Slate Tracker provides a desktop app and a cloud account for automated reference image organisation. Features and limits are described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to circumvent licensing limits, and not to attempt to disrupt the service for other users.

4. Fees

Plan fees are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular shoot, schedule, or workflow. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.
